Reserva y acceso
The dates indicated in the contract correspond to the nights of arrival and departure, with the final night being the day of check‑out.
Weekly rentals include a total of 7 nights.
Weekend rentals include check‑in on Friday at 16:00 and check‑out on Sunday, for a total of 2 nights.
Para confirmar la reserva es necesario efectuar un pago de señal de 250 € mediante transferencia a la cuenta de Mandala Apartments. Se enviará un recibo de confirmación tras la transferencia.
For reservations made through online travel agencies (OTAs), a €250 deposit will be automatically pre‑authorised.
Additional services (tourist tax, cleaning, parking) are not included in the total price and must be paid separately.
The guest will pay the full amount in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) upon arrival, once the apartment has been checked and confirmed to be in optimal condition.
According to the Generalitat de Catalunya (IEET), a tax per person per night applies to tourist accommodation.
En apartamentos, la tasa es de 1 € por adulto y 0,45 € por persona para menores de 4 años (excluidos).
The tax applies to the first seven nights and is added to the invoice at the beginning of the stay.
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must be registered.
Dos días antes de la llegada se enviará un enlace para rellenar una ficha con los datos, que se enviará automáticamente a los Mossos d’Escuadra.
All guests staying in the apartment must be registered.
The apartments are located in a pedestrian area in the centre of Calafell.
To allow vehicle access for quick unloading, a municipal permit can be arranged by sending a photo of the driver’s licence or ID and the vehicle’s technical details.
Our staff will manage the authorisation with the Town Hall.
Llegada y salida
15 minutos antes de llegar, el huésped debe contactar para coordinar la entrada.
If in‑person delivery is not possible, the keys will be placed in a secure lockbox and the access code will be sent to the guest.
Se entregarán dos juegos de llaves. La pérdida de llaves tendrá un coste de 30 € por juego.
La salida debe realizarse antes de las 12:00 horas.
The apartment must be left in a reasonable condition.
Si el estado no es adecuado, se cobrará un suplemento mínimo de 50 €.

Guests are responsible for their pet's behaviour.
Management is not responsible for damages caused by inappropriate behaviour.
